Some of Allison’s favorite moments include: looking for seashells on a foggy, winter beach, curling up next to the fireplace with an excellent story, or playing the party game Werewolves on New Year’s Eve with family and close friends.

Allison’s thing is not saving the world, it’s providing the structure to do so, so that others can focus on the saving part. She has experienced several different industries and companies of different sizes, but her favorite is a smaller environment where she can really make a big impact. Allison says, “Full Beaker is a place like that. Get out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges, but be ready to perform! The expectations are high, and rewards are more than monetary.”
