Mara Hill

Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics.

With a background in business and social work from the University of Michigan, Mara has always sought to use business for social good. She thrives in roles that leverage people, data, and strategy to help organizations thrive. Her passion is for education, and she comes to Full Beaker from prior roles in higher education consulting and university strategic development.

When she is not working, Mara spends her free time as a retired “road warrior” planning as many trips as she possibly can. She also enjoys exploring her home city of Chicago, going to the movies, baking, and competing at trivia or game nights.
