Marla Winitz is a Senior Recruiter on Full Beaker’s Organizational Development & Talent team, recruiting talented, analytical, creative and kind people. She loves connecting the very best people to help the company grow, succeed and be of value to the world. Her typical day is filled with conversations about what makes people tick, who they like to work with, their “Why”, and whether they can do math.

Marla is a people person, a dog person and a cat person. She lives in North County San Diego with her husband, her daughter and their many pets. Marla volunteers on several educational, non-profit Boards and writes grants to support school programs in the Carlsbad Community. She enjoys beach walks with her Golden Retriever pup, healthy cooking, gardening and planning her family’s next great travel adventure.
