We operate trusted consumer brands such as The Mortgage Reports and Nurse.org and are expanding rapidly into new verticals including insurance.

We are scaling aggressively, and we’re looking for a hungry, motivated Business Development Representative to join our team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hunter, not a farmer.

This role is all about identifying, engaging, and closing new partners across mortgage, education, insurance, and other high-growth verticals. You’ll build your own pipeline, research prospects, make cold calls, run outbound campaigns, and close deals that expand Full Beaker’s portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a high-quality pipeline of net-new advertisers across mortgage, education, and insurance

  • Research companies, identify decision-makers, and execute targeted outreach

  • Run outbound sequences, cold calls, warm calls, and email campaigns

  • Deliver compelling pitches that highlight Full Beaker’s value

  • Partner with Growth Marketing, GMs, and Analytics to match advertisers to our audience

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and budgets

  • Track activity, opportunities, and performance in our CRM

  • Hit and exceed monthly & quarterly quotas

  • Identify new industries and expansion opportunities

  • Represent Full Beaker with professionalism, energy, and curiosity

What You Bring

  • 1–5 years of business development, outbound sales, or lead-gen selling experience

  • A hunter mindset — competitive, persistent, gritty, and comfortable with cold calling

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

  • Ability to use modern CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.)

  • Organized, process-driven, and excited to close deals

  • Motivated by growth and uncapped earnings

  • Self-starter who loves to learn and wants career advancement

Compensation

  • Base salary: $55,000–$100,000, depending on experience

  • On target earnings (OTE): $100,000–$180,000+

  • Uncapped commission & accelerator tiers
