Product Manager - Mortgage

Join our awesome team!

What’s the role?

We’re looking to hire a world-class product manager to rapidly scale our mortgage products. We’ve already proven out the concept and now it’s time to grow – and fast! This is a high-profile role where you will have the opportunity to make a big difference and be recognized for it.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

As owner of the key products that drive our revenue, you’ll relish being responsible for every aspect of product management, from high level strategic thinking to doing the final QA on new releases. No task is too big or too small for you – you just instinctively do whatever it takes to ship the best product possible.

More specifically you will:

  • Set the vision for our products and back it up with a clear roadmap
  • Partner with a cross functional team to ensure clear development requirements and priorities in order to deliver the roadmap on time, to spec and on budget
  • Champion a customer-first and metrics-driven approach to product management
  • Over-communicate with the rest of the business to share your vision, communicate your priorities, keep a pulse on changes that affect our products and ensure that all stakeholders are on board
  • Obsess about web analytics, AB testing and user testing to continuously optimize our products, dramatically improving user experience and, as a result, product profitability
  • Define, monitor and analyze business metrics to track performance against business goals and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Research the competitive landscape, understand how other great products are doing and how this might help our products
  • Iterate on and improve the product development process
  • By default, be a permanent member of the QA team – this is your baby, and nothing should ever go live without your OK

Are you the one?

We’re looking for:

  • An over-achiever with at least 3 years (probably way more) of product management experience or P&L ownership in the tech industry
  • World class communication, organization, analytic and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Unwavering customer focus
  • Clear bias for action
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage to execution
  • Enough technical knowledge to convey requirements to engineering with credibility and conviction
  • A full-time team member working in downtown Bellevue

But, crucially, the number of years of experience you have, or your college degree, is not nearly as important as your drive, hunger, energy, and willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed.
