Manager/Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Monetization

Full Beaker is looking for a data-driven Manager or Senior Manager of Product Marketing to own our proprietary monetization products and internal tools to help us grow our business. We’re in the business of helping users with complex decisions in their life, and our suite of engagements is key to helping us achieve this goal. 

Our website provides tools and resources to guide consumers in critical decisions, from obtaining mortgages to finding jobs to selecting education opportunities. In this role, you will work with a variety of teams within Full Beaker to optimize current monetization experiences, quickly test and iterate on new monetization opportunities, identify and propose business opportunities to maximize revenue, and ensure consistent standards of excellence across multiple websites.

What you’ll be doing on a day-to-day basis:

  • Develop and implement monetization strategies to meet revenue targets, driving measurable impact for the business

  • Analyze current monetization channels, user behavior, and engagement and optimize our customer-facing tools for maximum profitability

  • Manage partner assortment to adhere to budgets without compromising user experience

  • Monitor and make decisions on pricing, quality, and volume requirements across multiple channels

  • Implement quick-turnaround business requirements with impeccable attention to detail

  • Work closely with engineering to implement monetization features

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform monetization strategy

  • Monitor and track monetization performance, analyzing data and using insights to optimize and improve results

To succeed in this job, you’ll need:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or digital product management, with at least 3 years of direct monetization/revenue optimization experience

  • Experience in B2C website operation in the lead generation space

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive action

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs

  • Experience in Agile methodologies; comfortable with Jira/Atlassian

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor's degree or above

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn, and get the job done.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $130,000 USD + Incentive bonus

Although Full Beaker is currently a primarily remote work environment, you will be expected to attend our Bellevue office as needed. As such, successful applicants must live within commutable distance of Bellevue, WA.
