Return Policy

The following applies to Leads delivered by Full Beaker pursuant to an applicable Insertion Order. Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings given in Full Beaker's Terms and Conditions.

  1. Conforming Leads. A Conforming Lead shall meet all of the following conditions:

    1. Come from a bona fide consumer who has expressed a legitimate interest in inquiring about the applicable product/service;

    2. Meet the agreed-upon filter criteria;

    3. Be contactable by Company (i.e., include a valid name and a valid phone number, email address, or both);

    4. Originate from and pertain to products/services within the continental United States; and

    5. Not be a duplicate Lead (i.e. must not be from the same consumer that has been received by Company from Full Beaker within the past ninety (90) days).

  2. Non-Conforming Leads / Returns.

    1. In the event Company determines that a Lead submitted to it by Full Beaker does not meet the agreed-upon criteria (a “Non-Conforming Lead”), it shall have seven (7) calendar days from the date that the Lead was received to notify Full Beaker in order to be eligible for credit.

    2. All Non-Conforming Leads must be returned via email to the address provided by Company's Full Beaker account manager within seven calendar days of receipt.

    3. All returned Leads must include the email address and lead ID of the lead and one of the “Acceptable Reasons for Return” below. Leads returned after seven days or without the proper documentation will not be accepted or credited.

      1. Bad Phone Number: Invalid or incomplete telephone number;

      2. Unintelligible Name and Address: Name and address of person specified is unintelligible or nonsensical (random strings of letters, numbers or characters in place of names and addresses);

      3. Duplicate Lead: Lead data has been received by Company from Full Beaker within the past ninety (90) days;

      4. Bogus Lead: Not a real consumer or a non-existent person;

      5. Lead formatted as a Test Lead: Name or email address contains the word “test”; or

      6. Wrong Criteria Filter: Lead not as per the filter criteria set forth in the applicable IO(s).

    4. Full Beaker reserves the right to verify all returned Non-Conforming Leads and adjust credits appropriately in its sole discretion.

    5. Company relinquishes all rights to use any Lead that is returned and is expressly prohibited from storing, using or distributing such Lead (or the data associated with such Lead) in any way.
