So, we spend our days hiring talented overachievers to join our happy band, and supporting their professional growth. We provide coaching and training to ensure that everyone at Full Beaker achieves their individual career goals and also has the opportunity to make a big contribution to our company. Coffee and smoothie.
45-minute pre-work dog walking trek (also known as Sniffari).
Check Slack, Greenhouse, and email and line-up internal zoom meetings for the day.
Hold 1:1 coaching sessions with recently promoted managers.
Eat lunch at our desks, or out in our home gardens - or possibly another dog walk.
Join a Fun Committee discussion about our next company-wide event. (Should it be go-karting, wine tasting, blacksmithing, sailing, online Jeopardy, or something we haven't tried before?)
Design and draft new training modules.
Review our new-hire pipeline and plan with managers. Sync with team leaders to discuss team member performance and growth potential.
End the day on a high note by making an offer to a candidate and welcoming a new team member to Full Beaker.
